Deborah creates and builds purpose-driven public/private partnerships that accelerate growth and implement high-impact solutions at scale. With experience as a private sector C-Suite leader and the Executive Advisor to four U.S. Presidential Cabinet Secretaries working under two Presidential administrations, she focuses on formulating strategic vision and executing public/private partnerships to drive innovation. Most recently, she served as the Executive Advisor to the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, leading the Secretary's Center for Strategic Partnerships. Deborah is currently a Board Director and Senior Advisor for a portfolio of organizations including Milken Health and Enable Comp.
