Bradley has been a venture investor and operator for over 14 years. Before Joyance, he was a Partner at Tusk Ventures in NY and an Investment Partner at Morpheus Ventures. Bradley holds a BA in Economics from Duke University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He wrote his Harvard master’s thesis on how early-stage startups can build artificial intelligence into their technology stack to streamline product-market fit, expand their product moat, and power marketing and customer conversion funnels. As an operator, Bradley built AI product roadmaps in robotics, satellites, and autonomous self-driving vehicles for Argus until the startup was acquired by Continental AG. Prior, he was a Principal at BMW iVentures in Silicon Valley, leading VC and growth equity investments in AI and DeepTech. He spent his early career on the Equity Capital Markets desk at Morgan Stanley, where he was the bank’s Technology Sector Specialist, working with structured investments post IPO for companies like Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, and Apple. He is located in New York City. When he’s not working, he can be found backcountry skiing, surfing, or waiting in an absurdly long line for Trader Joe’s.
